The built-in hydraulic mechanism provides strong holding power to securely maintain high loads! It is a support component for processing heavy and large workpieces.

To suppress vibrations and distortions of the workpiece during machining, supports are used; however, in cases of heavy cutting or high loads, the holding power becomes an issue. One method to withstand high loads is to incorporate hydraulic piping into the fixture, but this is not easily implemented due to the complexity of circuit design and limitations on layout changes. The Hydro Natural Supporter achieves a permissible holding power of 20 kN by integrating a hydraulic mechanism into the main body, providing freedom in fixture design. It closely adheres to the workpiece thanks to an internal spring, allowing anyone to easily adjust and operate it without any axial deviation. 【What is a Natural Supporter?】 It is a product installed under the workpiece to prevent vibrations during processing. The internal spring generates a lifting force on the shaft, keeping it in constant contact with the workpiece.
